Elaborating on something I don't think I explained well in my general overview of the Noir Bouquet episode: Chaco seems to fall into the same role that Merold has in Red Bouquet and Cielomort has in Blue Bouquet.

When he's trying to comfort the kid that has the Seeds attached to him (presumably feeding off his negative emotions), Chaco ends up upsetting the kid further because Chaco's really good at everything he does.

Furthermore, when Arupek states that "Chaco wasn't good at parkour in the beginning too" while comforting the kid, Chaco has a moment of hesitation and mumbles some words that seem to imply that he didn't struggle with parkour even as a beginner.

While Merold is the "strongest" and Cielomort is the "genius", it seems like the role Chaco fills is the "naturally talented".

my greatest achievement in DA2 is maxing out Carver's friendship

and all it took was begrudgingly kissing a little templar ass in act 1 because Carver didn't want to plan a prison break if my Hawke got his ass arrested for being stupid.

So it turns out there's a big craft guild organization thing only a few hours from where I live (I saw an ad for their craft fair), and I got like half my holiday shopping done on their website, and the box arrived today! The thing I was most excited to see in person is fragile, though, and it's really well wrapped in bubble wrap and I don't want it to break when I mail it to the friend it's for, so I am not unwrapping it, but oh man the temptation is there lol I also got myself a little metal bug made of a bottle cap and some wire. It lives on my little corkboard where I put postcards and thank you cards now

One of my hcs for the truce au is that Killer and Dust are both kinda touchstarved but Killer reacts to it by provoking people (because fight is a kind of touch right?) and Dust reacts to it by isolating (because he doesn't feel he deserves touch after what he did).

The cats are a big help for Killer because they provide a lot of casual touch and affection without annoying somebody into throwing him across the room (Cross also does a little of this once he's settled and starts to pick up on this). Horror is like Dust's service skeleton and slowly acclimates him to gentle touch without the flare-ups of guilt that he used to get.
